Remote computer help, wherever you are

Many problems can be fixed without a visit. We only connect when you ask.

‹ All services

When a problem does not need hands-on work, we can fix it over a secure remote session instead of a home visit. You do not need to live in the Sacramento area, and No fix, no fee still applies.

Quick fixes we can often do remotely

How a remote session works

Staying safe with remote access

Scammers often call pretending to be tech support and ask to get into your computer. We only connect when you ask us to, and we will never call you out of the blue asking for access. If anyone else calls asking to connect to your computer, hang up. Here is how to protect your parents from phone and text scams.

What still needs a visit

Remote help is for quick software and settings fixes. Anything hands-on needs an in-home visit, like WiFi and router setup, cameras, smart home devices, or a computer that will not turn on. Bigger jobs, like a PC tune-up or virus removal, are done in person too. We come to homes across Sacramento, Natomas, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, Davis and Carmichael.

What remote help costs

You will know the price before we start. If it turns out the problem needs a visit, we will tell you first. And if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.

Remote help questions we hear a lot

Do I need to live near Sacramento? No. Remote help works wherever you are, as long as your computer can get online.

Can you help a parent who lives far away? Yes, if the problem can be fixed remotely. They call or text us, and we take it from there.

What if my computer will not turn on or get online? Then it needs hands-on help. If you are in the Sacramento area, we will come to you.
