What we do
- Check your modem, router and the devices connected to them
- Trace the problem step by step until we find the cause
- Fix settings, reconnect devices and replace what is failing
- Explain what was wrong, so you know what to do if it happens again
What it costs
A $100 flat service call covers roughly the first 1.5 to 2 hours at your home. Bigger projects are quoted separately before we start, and if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
