A standard service call is $100 flat and covers roughly the first 1.5 to 2 hours on-site. You'll know the price before we start, and if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
What if my job is bigger than a standard visit?
Larger projects — like multi-camera installs, whole-home WiFi, or large data recovery — are quoted separately before any work begins. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a clear price up front.
What does "No fix, no fee" mean?
If we can't solve the problem you hired us for, you don't pay for the visit.
Do you really come to my home?
Yes — to your home or office anywhere in the Sacramento area. You never have to carry a device anywhere.
How quickly can you get here?
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. Calling or texting is fastest.

Windows PCs, Macs, phones, tablets, printers, routers, cameras, and smart home devices.
Can you recover deleted photos or files?
Often, yes. We'll assess the situation and tell you honestly what's recoverable. Stop using the device as soon as you can to give recovery the best chance. If a drive is physically damaged, we'll still give it a try, and we'll tell you if it needs a data recovery lab.
