Services: Quick Computer Solutions provides in-home tech support including but not limited to WiFi setup, virus removal, PC tune-up, camera installation, smart home setup, and data recovery. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

No Fix, No Fee: If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged for the visit. Labor fees apply only when the problem is successfully diagnosed and resolved.

Pricing: All pricing is communicated upfront before work begins. No additional charges will be added without your approval.

Limitation of Liability: Quick Computer Solutions is not responsible for any data loss during service. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service visit. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Hardware Damage: While we take every precaution to handle your devices with care, Quick Computer Solutions is not liable for any pre-existing hardware conditions, failures, or damage that occur during or following a service visit that are beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Third-Party Software & Services: We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or compatibility of any third-party software, applications, or services installed or configured during a service visit. This includes but is not limited to internet service providers, antivirus programs, cloud services, and smart home platforms.
